PPS does not matter. Completing the requirements for re registration are what matters.
It has been clearly demonstrated that a revoked stock can achieve re registration and backed up by others here.
Feel free to show documentation that PPS matters. I know it will not be presented because it does not exist.
It is fine to have the opinion that XNRG will not succeed, they probably will not, given history, but claiming it is not possible is incorrect and wrong.
