Looks like they are making it more attractive to qualified non residents including us old school(snowbirds).Florida adapts to change slowly but i cant say i agree with all, but have witnessed it for many decades, it does come and with all parties included , i do feel they try to satisfy. One of the most attractive states in country and Population forces their hand in many ways To try To get it right.
