Good to see the short interest come down a little bit... still a lot to go.

It could be as simple as impatient people realizing that the next report, being a Q4 / end-of-year report, will allow for an extra 30 days to report, so they're thinking the stock may be "dead money" until we get closer to that next report.

What they're not aware of is that SINO could easily announce another 1, 2 or 3 partnerships between now and then. Jmo.....
