Jim and Ken owned over a billion shares when they went quiet. We don't know who is running the company these days, but management owned about half the shares!

I think the websites have it all screwed up. Pineda was ceo of Chancery CCRY before the reverse merger. Then Airtrona just changed the ticker from CCRY to ARTR. I think that is why we are seeing Pineda associated with the ARTR ticker, CCRY shares were never retired with a reissuance of ARTR shares. If anything that dude might be one of the reasons why we've been sitting on zero for 2 years. Was he one of the "debt buddies" that received those 1B freetrading shares at 0.00001 par? Begs the question, doesn't it? Whoever it was, that's probably who you purchased your shares from if you bought with me in 2013/early 2014 as they diluted. If Jim and Ken are holding roughly 1.2B shares and they issued 1B of those freetrading shares in spring'13 - that is essentially the entire OS.
