Cueva, the way it works is that Giles would sell the shell to a different company and he would walk away with some cash and stock in the Newco. The new guys merge a completely different company into the shell, change the name, change the ticker.... WM would be no more.
Option 2 is he does what he is doing.... nothing..... and the shell eventually would drop down to the Grey Sheets.
Don't you think if he could sell either one or more patents he would have done it to keep the lights on?
With the current trading volume and price no funder will give them money.
you see, funders use a formula to calculate how much they will give a company at any given time. They don't invest in the company, they invest based on price of the stock and liquidity (volume)
You are counting on a real company giving the company money. Good luck with that.
