Those are standards, not fixed immutable laws. It's all good if BVTK can demonstrate rockstar status. TC, "here hold my beer" crushes it out of the park one handed. shit where we're going they might get an executive order to uplist as a matter of national security.

BVTK could be listed on NASDAQ in a year or less:

"Listing Standard No. 3
Companies can be removed from the cash flow requirement of Standard No. 2 if the average market capitalization over the past 12 months is at least $850 million, and revenues over the prior fiscal year are at least $90 million."
