lol!!!! Let's not forget about Goldberg's MEXP/INOH Radio address. He said the boat was "setting sail" as he spoke to hunt for sunken treasure.

Only problem?

1) No divers, he hadn't paid them for the last trip,
2) No ship, he hadn't paid the fees.

There was no boat to set sail nor divers to hunt for sunken treasure - It was merely another P&D effort to sell MEXP/INOH shares.
