I do agree that financials should have been done a long time ago, as well as news releases.
However, you do not know, or have any proof that the hiring was a stunt, or that he does not have any news to present. You also cannot know if there is something happening in the background. Sure, it could be an attempt to sell more shares, but why do this and not proceed with diluting? That is the part of your statement that is not adding up.
Again, until something is shown, it is all a guessing game... I hope that we see some great results soon. The chart looks like it could be ready for a run. Looks like dilution has at least paused, and there is a lot of potential here.
Nothing much happening now, but as you know, things can change very quickly in this tier.
