It's easy to explain....

Inability of management to execute a simple name change in the last 2 years.
Inability of management to execute a simple debt restructure.
Inability to get audited financials.
Inability to convey to shareholders the current debt structure.

Sad but true. Makes for a great buying opportunity once the bottoms in in.
