Exactly. The float did increase by 296 mil on 5/8. See Q1 report. But that was from preferred shares.

But that doesn't count as dilution because outstanding shares haven't changed.

Low volume selling. Reversal imminent.

Thats not true. Dilution happens anytime shares are introduced lowering shareholder value. Just like when Bishop bumped to pay debt. Trading 101

Dilution only occurs when the Outstanding Share Count increases. There has been no increase in the O/S since Bishop took over, hence ZERO dilution.
