Just my OPINION, but this is the OTC and the value of a OTC stock is seldom in line with larger market values. Everybody knows that stocks can be at tremendous prices, but have never produced a product, much less sold one. And crash the next week.
Therefore, traditional market cap seldom has much to do with a OTC stock.
Besides, I'm sure we have all watched a stock with great potential go down in flames because of poor management.
I'm saying BIEI is headed this way at this time, but if we are talking theory, then all theory has to be considered.
