Tom stated to me that he doesn't want a Reverse Split, but he could not say it will never happen before up listing to NASDAQ which is a possible goal of his. Tom told me as a CEO he can't use Never or Always in a statement which is just common sense when running a business.
So, there is a chance of a Reverse Split as he continues to build the company and sets a goal to up list to the NASDAQ exchange.
