Well it all goes to the Dumb 8-k by the CEO.... they used the entire AS to pay for that minor debt which may still have some small amount to go...

However..... you cannot acquire anything without the leverage in the share structure... Didn't they state the acquisition to close in 90 days which would be in a couple weeks from now...

Big accumulation of shares is here for a reason as it is not possibly driven entirely by Ihub and flippers. Nobody accumulating has made ANY profit.... yet

I would be shocked if we don't see acquisition news and merger/dividend news over the next 2 weeks....
