There has to be a reason why this isn't in trips and you may have just identified what that might be with your posted link. Could be fantastic if they can actually pull it off in this century.

This 10-K is for the year ending April 30, 2016. We haven't heard a word about the gas fields they got involved with at the end of last year, or anything else for that matter. They are a year behind with filings, that's why the pps is so low. Maybe they don't have anything to report, who knows?
