Let me know of one other Startup Bio that didn't follow the same type of cycle as IPIX? They all do it. They are highly exposed to shorts because they don't have a whole lot of cash, and they have to dilute to raise cash. Some are worse than others, and frankly this one still hasn't been that bad. Some have dropped from 50.00 to under 1.00. The CEO's of these companies have no control over the stock price. That's what makes them high risk, high reward.
