naturally a low PPS is not going to raise a lot of capital. But, if the PPS were significantly higher for many good reasons it would not seem strange to raise capital through dilution. I wouldn't expect Tom to forgo sales of stock with a PPS of .25 or more a share, which I think is certainly possible in the near future. Based on what's happening I don't think this is pipe dreaming.
