Hi Anthony. There are several ways the new packages protects. First is are the pads at the top and bottom. Prevents shock. Second in the bundle. The sticks are not able to bang back and forth because there is no room to move back and forth. The is a food grade bubble liner all the way around the inside of the bottle. It not only hugs the sticks but it also absorbs shock. It a lot more than a piece of foil. Within the foil is micro bubbles. All food grade of course. It's a great solution. Thanks for letting me clarify."

Hello Everyone. A quick update.

We have spent the past few days on the new packaing materials. We are really happy with what we have come up with. I am headed back to Florida later this week to begin shipping again. But, this time with a package that will protect the sticks in a much better manner.

We have not been able to really exactly figure out what happened with the first shipments and why there was an unacceptable level of breakage. We had sent test product from Florida to California and then back again and everything was fine. I suspect an entire pallet was drop or otherwise abused at the shipping center.

BTW - broken stix work really well too as many of you have pointed out. But, I understand, it's a bummer to get a product that is not sticks, but pellets.

Nevertheless, it showed me the shipping vulnerabilities, which I think we have now addressed. So, back to Florida! To ship again! Thanks so much for your patience.

I really appreciate your support in helping me get this project going. Hasn't been perfect, but I charge forward.
