That's odd. According to OTCMarkets, the o/s was 2,352,109,572 shares as of 30 June 2015. BUT they'd done a gigantic reverse split--1:2500--on 22 June 2015.

In the absence of further information, that's all I've got. Maybe the TA isn't gagged, but I don't know.

There's been practically no volume since its little flutter in 2015. And really, there wasn't all that much back then. It was such an obvious scam it didn't attract a great deal of attention.
