Reading legislation and bills, etc can be confusing as they amend them all the time.........

From what I gather ( Pure Speculation ) Cal constitution requires re embursment but NOT for this regulation..... because.....

they have set up funding for mandates.............

does that mean testing lab requirements? I dont know..........

but i hope so......cause that last equipment bill for 400K-500k hurt our bottom line
