Currently BCI is considered a shell corporation. During the last four years there has been no discernable communication with shareholders, no revenues generated or financial filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Therefore, Mr. Pursglove is seeking the approval of the shareholders of BCI by way of this Proxy to reinstate the Company, put the Company on a firm financial footing and become a fully reporting entity with the SEC and the OTC Markets Group.
