What makes this RM stand out from other RMs that would make FINRA question MCCU?
The background of the shell, for openers. ORRV was an appalling scam. The involvement of Tracy, who's under investigation by the SEC. The absence of reliable financials for the McCusker company. The messed-up merger process. The multiple demonstrably untrue statement's McCusker's made in tweets and PRs: that the merger was complete, that Tracy was gone well before he actually was, and so on.
I imagine FINRA will also want to know about all that debt sold to Oshana. Sales that resulted in enormous dilution. And yes, they WILL have to tell FINRA what the o/s is, even though they don't want to make that information public.
I believe there'll be questions that will take time to answer.
