I can not tell for sure yet if Francine lost
the Foreclosure Lawsuit or not. I need to see
additional Court filings to be sure but it is
looking that way.

I think it depends on the type of Sale.

If the Company as a whole is sold then it
could keep the Shareholders afloat. If it is
just a specific piece of property - such as the
Bottling Facility - that is sold then I think
the Shareholders are sunk.

That would just leave some land and a house
left I think.
