I have not seem that document in many years. And it was weird being reminded about the disclosure statements. I remember we used to comb through these documents on this board with all the older timers. Too bad heistheman and LD are both no longer here. At least cotton is here. You guys are bringing back old memories.

I am confident about NOL Lamco. We will do fine here. Its just the long wait is killing us LOL. Good Luck to us all.

Yes it does appear by this Statement that the $ 48 + B
in NOLS will be preserved for and until the issuance of
new shares in a reorganized LBHI.

Do you know if the Official Committee of Unsecured
Creditors is still active?
