I disagree. It is more like "beating the dead horse" unfortunately, the horse has never been healthier.

Actually - its called buying over time, as money becomes available - as the SEC statements deal with the progress - the time in between this reporting is just buying opportunity. GLA IMO

Ooch... The main problem that kills DECN besides limited funding is in the United States the market is still mostly elderly and insurance driven, you can drive up to a CVS window and get your One Touch refills. Devices do not work like generic drugs.

In that regard, even if Gen is cheaper than One Touch a massive education program would have to commence, even then older folks would be slow to change. They have little or no optimization on their websites. They had the wackiest videos ever.

If they do some type of deal with Perrigo or a like minded Company where they let Perrigo handle all the manufacturing and branding and they make a royalty that would help. But whatever patent they have does not have a long shelve life left.

The Johnson and Johnson is promising, and 100 or 200 million is a drop in the bucket to them. Johnson will do what all Defendants do and drag it out till the end, then settle if it is in their best interests.

And that's why we are where we are at. The problem with financing 5 mil down here is eventually P's get converted to common. Will majority shareholders currently allow someone to have 200 million shares a few years from now. And can Berman trust the people giving him the money and controlling those shares.
