I also need a definition of "deal is done".... when I have documented (video of) meter testing for Sri Lanka only a couple months ago... "secret" testing... NO ONE here would otherwise know about...

so we know you aren't "in" with the gang anymore, that's makes me wonder how YOU can speak ex cathedra that the "deal is done".... explain the testing and I'll finally understand.
