Am I missing something? Because last month DCSteve confirmed that the current Bitcoin holdings is in the 500 range, and that they do not plan on acquiring more because it's too expensive right now.
"This will be a Non-dilutive preferred stock transaction." Can someone interpret this? Sounds positive if I understand it correctly it won't dilute the shares and bring the stock price down?
