What's the actual number of preferred outstanding? I have seen 6 million 5 million and 4 million in filings. Also have seen different conversion numbers. McFadden handed over his 4 million to Bishop, Reyes , and Mullins. Bishop and Reyes received more preferred shares the same day they disposed of all those common shares that apparently went to Highgarden and CDN .
Were those new of from another holder of preferred shares? And who might that be.
