But how could Terry's name be on today's press release if Terry had already sent a letter to Alonzo telling him he had nothing to do with the company as President? Either no letter was sent because Terry is the CEO or Alonzo is ignoring the letter. Would that not be against the law then for Alonzo to put Terry's name in today's Press Release? Would that not be a material item which would of been required to have a notification to the shareholders that Terry is not the CEO when Alonzo got the letter? Perhaps there was no letter! Similar to Trademark filings being useless or old labeling claims being useless and many other useless attempts by the disgruntled! JMHO
