The SEC didn't view them as active when CNXS was an SEC Registrant. They filed no Q or K for almost 2 years although federal securities laws require them to disclose information on an ongoing basis. SEC Registrants are required to submit annual reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, and current reports on Form 8-K - all of those, not just one.

After almost two years of not filing the required docs, CNXS filed last month to terminate their registration. They're now shown on OTCMarkets as Pink No Information with the skull & crossbones designation.
