Nope, that's incorrect. It all applies to the current company, the same company that's been run by Goldberg for a decade now. Doing DD and studying INOH's history is imperative, then the INOH future isn't a mystery.
There's no reason to believe words from these pink sheet CEOs - they simply wish to sell shares. Look instead at what has factually transpired with INOH - they promise much but nothing gets finalized.
