Angelo....Don't get too excited yet. LOL. as I sated before, I am not a party to the litigation. therefore I can not give any professional opinion on the case. only technical answer in general or a personal opinion.
therefore, the general rule is;

Response to Complaint: Generally, a defendant has 21 days to respond to a plaintiff’s complaint after it has been served, although this deadline is often extended by agreement.

so, was there an agreement between the parties? I have no clue. There is one tab on my Judicial portal docket sheet that is "closed" the last post was May 30 setting the order for the scheduling conference. then there is a "closed" tab for May 31. only Parties to the case can access closed tabs.

so,all that can be gleaned is the counterclaim and answer was filed May 17th and the Plaintiffs have 21 days from that date to answer, which is today, (unless extended by agreement)
