Investor Relations team in place. They sent me a 4 paragraph response to my questions regarding the debt conversions, lateness of the Q filing, and other inquires I had.

Doing everything right here! I feel much more comfortable now after hearing that.

Thank you for reaching out and appreciate your patience in getting back to you, we have had a lot of inquiries. We received your last email asking about why the Q was filed late. The reason is GG Media Network has just taken over the previous company and was in the process of getting this taken care of. An attorney had been hired to work directly with the CFO to get the Q1 submitted and filed. I understand your question of a time frame and why, but apologize we cannot provide all the details or specific time frames. Going forward the filings should be ready to go and will do our best to have these out on time.

In regards to the companies share structure we released a PR on June 5th with a section at the bottom:

"Additional Debt Financing Information
As part of its negotiations with Hollywood Riviera Studios, the Company has also entered discussions with debt holders toward a scenario that will be advantageous to operations and overall shareholder value."

We understand the concern here for shareholders. The company is reviewing the share structure and will be providing further guidance when they are able to.
