The 8k was to terminate its registration so they do not have to file anything. Thats not a sign of transparency but rather a form of hiding

No, it is not being transparent in the eyes of the SEC. They require quarterlies and annuals. CNXS didn't file their Qs nor Ks to the SEC for almost two years, then at the end of that period, they filed a form 15 to terminate their registration.
