I would love to redo my math if anybody knows if insiders were restricted from trading and the dates of the restriction period.

The company does appear to be a going concern which makes it very odd that it does not attempt to communicate with share holders.

Yes insider shares from the reverse merg were restricted for either 1 or 2 yrs... Cant remember
