think it has bottomed yet?<<<<<<No IMO..Here are a couple of your problems with this one..Management and consulting fees $1,753,500(2016)..Free trading shares being unloaded by promoter..At least 18 million in losses and needing another 5 million for breeding means MUCH MORE dilution necessary so NO WAY .14 holds IMO
