Been camped at 16 for almost a week now. Rest of dilutors are gone. It'll keep fluctuating with lower volume in this range unless VNDM starts dumping on the bid or we get some sort of catalysts released by the company

Fwiw, GAO denied 2 SPARC protests in May. So that may help get the contract details for the $25B govt deal released eventually. They're waiting for all protests to be resolved before releasing final info. Not sure how many are left. Aspire won their protest earlier this year. almost all MM can be part of dilution or short position.. I've seen NITE ( not this stock) doing much worse then Cdel and Vndm combine..
