One possibility regarding the ~paying CEPSA~boogieman that appears to boggle the minds of all the eager critics is that ERHC gives CEPSA a greater percentage of 11A along with a deal involving the number 14 in corruption government, in the whole of Africa , that is way too convoluted and complex for the average mind to conjure up !

Yeah I know only oil shows in the one well drilled but when do companies dump that many millions in exploration and then drill only one well in that vast an area ????
