Questions need to be run by legal. 1) there are CDAs and NDAs active that cannot be violated, but CEOs of small biotechs always want to give shareholders as complete answers as possible. Live q&a risks disclosing something a potential partner might think was covered. 2) If an answer needs public disclosure, Qs in advance allow for a timely filing and/or PR. A live CC would potentially allow those few listening in to trade on any previously nondisclosed info discussed in a long be q&a.

Good call. The stock is going to retest the 52-week low as it gets closer to the top-line data of B-UP and the second interim data of B-OM on July 10, both of which had impressive interim data. Makes perfect sense.
