Good word. I wish shareholder protection & investor confidence was addressed more often in this saga.

Not just for us but for future investors of any company.

Who is going to want to invest in American business if they sell shares on an open market only to flush them down the toilet.

I think the only time a shareholder should lose their shares is if the company no longer exists. Thats a risk we all accept.

But when a company like GM, Fannie, Freddie, are still around and back to making billions...hmmm
