Doing Reverse Mergers for clients into existing companies and OTC shells......

Pokerpro that about sums it up. The faster IPO route should take around 6 months because the clients they will take on will have clean balance sheets so they can be easily merged into a clean shell.

They "retired shares" in order to protect them from a reverse split if they ever need to do so. Don't believe the hype.

Ps. They converted shares not retired them. Cleaver choice of words on their part.
