It makes no sense to speculate on the $162K. It was due and demandable, and we probably won't find out what happened until the next earnings report. I'd keep checking the TA to see if the OS grows.

Nope. All convertible debt satisfied by shares that come with a minimum 50% discount. The lower it goes the more shares they get. Hence, Christians attempt to slow down the inevitable return to trips with ridiculously stupid PR's...
