Debt restructuring in talks now, shows coming out, partnerships, etc. Sounds great to me in a year. $5.4 million revenue annually. I'm glad that I bought this at this level. I'm holding all my millions and millions of shares.

Well, he obviously overlooked the $162K that was due at the time of the filing. Either cash or stock is needed to satisfy that, and if is stock, at the same price as the last $14K, it would take 3.2 billion shares.
So far, no mention of how that is to be handled.
