One problem with the DD . It's good to a point and if I were buying the company that would be what I would offer because I like to steal companies and turn them around . That is what I do. That being said, however, no public company is valued at its net profit and base assets example: FORD MO Co. one year they did 12B in sales but lost 1 Billion dollars! so does that mean their value is less than their gross numbers ? not by a long shot .
If you tried to buy them you would be paying something NORTH of that same 12B!
between gross rev, assets including receivables as well as debt you will come to a real number.
I put ACGX PPS biased on the float as I estimate it to actually be with debt conversion vs what is listed on OTC at a "current" PPS of between .0028 -.0032.That will change over time , hopefully upward! In the end as investors we can only look at the stock because hard asset values can be 25-90% off of face value dep on the asset.
I just leave them out for most small companies because turning them to cash is a massive hassle.
None of this is to knock the DD or ACGX so let me be clear about that. I use this company and I have invested heavily in this company. I truly don't see how an investor could go wrong at the current PPS prices IMO!
