I was referring to this article:

Which states "As for the cannabinoids lawsuit, the DEA has until June 2nd to file its response brief. According to Hoban, the petitioners are anxious to see what the agency will have to say for itself."

I have not been able to find anything online that says the DEA has filed this response brief... Have they?
