Look at the third week of December, OBV started rising. PPS moved from .015 to .032 in the run up.
During dilution OBV and PPS sinks while AccumDist (retail) rises.

The January vertical line is wrong, I will re-annotate it later.

Its oversold on a descending volume, double bottomed, actually triple bottom. Bouncing on weekly chart 200 moving average. Pending good news this will see .03-.05, on just technicals .025
