simple. login into your scottrade account (or call) and read... look for something called live chat or email support. then post your unedited convo.

I have contacted Mr. Oravec and he confirmed me that the attorneys informed him the FINRA request is in and is pending their approval.

So that is evidence.

I would strongly suggest you call them!!! I did! You will get the info regarding ticker change pending!!!! I verified myself and so should you!!!

Kmakani I trade with Scottrade, went to my local office and talked with them, name change is coming as well as ticker. Waiting on finra to do what they do. It is confirmed as a 1 for 1 exchange to new ticket when it happens. You need to ask the correct question when talking with them.
