realized that buybacks are prohibited at the open and close. For some reason, in the last 5 minutes of trading, someone had a burning need to buy 400 shares at a price 20 cents higher than it traded all day.

If they sell those shares it would bring their share count up to a whopping 15 million shares. BFD.

its also fraudulent (and sleezy) for shorters to make stuff up about the company but that didn't stop them.
