Wrong...there are three OTC Tiers.

OTCQX, OTCQB, OTCPK

X and B are fully reporting.

B is a move UP from PK.

The next step when all the necessary items are in place, they move to most likely the NASDAQ.

Everyone understands this....it's simple.
