Ponzi Scheme noted long ago GE is NOT going to give up control at any cost! He is building a shipping dynasty at shareholders expense. Many of his "new" purchases were from his sister's company and I'm sure from other connected insiders.

I don't see how a reverse split changes the outcome of stock control? A RS applies to everyone not just ole George. If he has 104 Mil votes and drops to 17 mil votes, then every body else's votes drop too. Its all propotional so nothin changes except the number of shares that applies to all. IMO.
