This company has been taking steps for years and so far just lies and BS.

Yes, we know that Ogburn decided to sell out so he made up a big story about a $100M agreement to sell CBD then dumped 4.5M shares, that he said he was going to retire, to a former scam manager and dumped his 5M preferred carrying 25 BILLION votes to Lay. Thenm he announced that Lay was CEO when he was not. But then....so did Lay.

And those were not even the first steps.
